Shipping Policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

Orders

To shop with us, you must be at least 16 years of age and be authorized to use any of the payment methods we accept. The purchase must be made in your name. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. We then perform a routine pre-authorization to check that the payment is approved. Then, an agreement is created based on these terms.

Orders before 11:00 am (local time) will be processed and shipped the same day from our warehouse.

Deliveries can take up to 5-7 working days after you place your order (working days excludes: Weekends, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays).

We don’t ship orders to P.O. Boxes

If you try to ship an order to a P.O. Box, your order will appear as ‘cancelled’ and you’ll receive an email from us letting you know. In this case, please get in touch with us to give a residential address and we’ll send it out right away!

Canceling an order

You may have the opportunity to cancel your order for a short period after the order has been submitted. If we have already packed your order, it is no longer possible. Then you must return your order and make a reorder. All orders are subject to availability. But don’t worry, if there is a problem with an order, we will contact you. In rare cases we may have to refuse or cancel an order, or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – eg. if we think anything fishy is going on with an order or an account. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, please do not get upset, but please contact us at [email protected] or call +46 72 722 37 25. We are very happy to discuss the matter with you.

We are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Delivery Information

TrädgårdSmart continually strives to provide the lowest possible shipping charges available.

We utilize the services of DHL/UPS / Fed Ex for most shipping and passes through only those charges from DHL/UPS/Fed Ex at net cost. Large orders will ship certified freight and net charges will apply.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address, as items which we are unable to deliver to the address provided will be returned to sender and no refund will be given.

Delivery note

Once TrädgårdSmart receives notification of delivery, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to provide a safe and deliverable address.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed as long as items are in stock. Custom made items will be shipped after proper verification. You will be notified by email if any item ordered is out of stock. If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us within 24 hours of the order being placed. Allow 5 to 7 business days for ground shipping.

We will endeavour to dispatch your goods on the same day your order is placed if it is received before 11 am (Mon-Fri). If your order is received over a weekend it will be dispatched on Monday. International deliveries are available.

Tracking you packages

Tracking details for your order will be sent to the email address provided. You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers’ online stores.

Customs

We always declare the correct value of your purchase on the commercial invoice or customs declaration. It is very rare that you will be charged GST, US Tax or VAT on your purchase as they are not high value items. However, we cannot guarantee that no tax charges will be levied as it largely depends on the discretion of the receiving countries import duty policies. This only applies to non EU sales. We do not calculate or collect import taxes/import duties at time of payment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check and abide by their countries local regulations and policies.

Good damaged in transit

Please inspect your goods upon receipt of delivery. If they are damaged and require a signature by the courier please sign for them as damaged and contact us immediately. Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Upon receiving our goods back we will either dispatch a replacement item or issue a full refund, whichever is your preference.

Undeliverable items

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address, as items which we are unable to deliver to the address provided will be returned to sender and no refund will be given.

UPS-TNT or DHL will keep the package at their local hub for up to 5 days. After 5 days, the item will be returned to TrädgårdSmart. At that point, we will issue a refund for the item minus the cost of the original shipping and minus the cost of returning the item to our facility.
